But really, I haven't had a problem with it. We still use our bread within a week, so it's not in there super long. I just know I used to always throw out the last few pieces of every loaf of bread from mold. <br /><br />Once we have more kids and eat it quicker, I won't be worried about leaving it in the cupboard.
