Rachelle,
This is awesome! I am totally going to use your blog all the time. Thank you! I do have a question, though - it looks like on your bio that you feed (including your baby) 4 people per meal. I'm in a dinner group with 4 people, none of which are babies :) I was wondering if the recipes you make would be enough to feed that many or if I should make more than you do for your family? Thanks!

Alison,
Thank you very much! This blog is a work in progress for me, so I appreciate any and all feedback I can get.

You have a good question, but it's a tricky one that I've been putting off. :) Now that you've brought it up, I'll tackle it.

Here's the short answer: Most of my recipes will make four servings.

But here's the long answer: Some recipes have 4 bigger servings, some smaller, and some (especially when I'm trying something new) might make even more than that. This works for my family because I generally pack the leftovers for my husband's lunches (we have leftovers since the baby and Grandpa don't always eat full servings). Luckily my husband loves leftovers!

Of course, some people are bigger eaters than others, and you will certainly know your dinner group better than I. If you think your friends are particularly hungry people, you might want to throw in a few extras with your meals (a loaf of bread, an instant side dish like Rice-a-Roni, a plate of brownies for dessert, etc). Stock up on these handy extras whenever they go on sale, and you'll be set to impress at dinner time!
