This week I've decided to go lighter. A little less meat and a little lighter cost, that is. But don't worry; it's nothing drastic.
Although I enjoyed last week's meals, there was too much meat for my taste and too much money spent (thanks in part to my pesto snafu; sorry about that). Ah well, that's the good thing about meal planning: there's always another week to try all over again!
Wednesday
Baked Potatoes, Green Salad, Peas
Thursday
Parmesan Tilapia, Rolls, Broccoli, Cauliflower
Friday
Sloppy Joes, Carrots, Round Fries
Saturday
Go out or eat leftovers.
Sunday
Cabbage Chicken Salad, Carrots, Fruit
Monday
Chicken Chili, Cornbread, Green Salad
Tuesday
Palamino Pasta, Green Beans, Fruit

I can't believe you are able to plan meals for an entire week with so little budget money! Looking at your prices amaze me. The food here is SO much more expensive! Hum...This week I'm going to try your sloppy joes and chicken chili. Those both sound really good to me. BTW. Have I told you how much I love looking at this blog every Wednesday! (or Thursday like today) It helps me SO much when I don't feel like cooking. I look at your meal plans and I suddenly get more excited to cook again. Hooray!
Oh I'm so glad this blog gets you excited about cooking!I will do my best to keep it up :)
I realize prices vary a lot by location, but hopefully you can still stock up when things go on sale. Let me know if you ever have any recipes you want to see.

Thank you, thank you Rebecca! I am so flattered! And I'll be so happy to know we're eating the same things :)
